More details to come Atom Intel processors have been leaked according Fudzilla, fairly close to confirming the rumor coming (and long-awaited) dual-core processor Atom. If the leakage of information is legitimate, then T3 will see dual-core CPU Atom capable of processing two threads by heart, which should give rise to powerful, yet low power emerging.
Dubbed 330 Atom top clock speed is as simple for CPU core, 1.6 GHz and as already mentioned, each core will be able to execute two threads, harking to the days of HyperThreading - although this nomenclature is unlikely to be again - used. These chips sport 1MB L2 cache and 64-bit is also praised, while retaining the characteristics of all not too far behind Core 2-derived alternatives.
Atom assets where competition is to shoot. A dual-core 1.6GHz quad-wire Atom will have a TDP 8W. All that will probably make the CPU too hungry for power mobile devices, it must be perfect for the many Eee PC-a-likes will be published in the near future. Moreover, with the Asus Eee Box (or is it eBox / EBox?) Scheduled for launch T3, could it be the first to benefit from this double heart Atom?
