Transcend has released a new Extreme Speed 300X CompactFlash card that provides high-speed and reliability. Transcend’s Extreme Speed 300X CompactFlash card operates in dual-channel Ultra DMA mode 5, which is the fastest speed available for the CF card.

In addition, the 300X CF interface allows the card to achieve fast read / write speeds of up to 45MB per second on average. Hence consecutive shooting and the non-stop with the video recording of high-performance digital single lens reflex cameras (APN) becomes easier.

For glitch-free data communications and protection from data corruption or missing files, Transcend has been 300X CF cards equipped with an advanced ECC (Error Correction Code). The ECC automatically detects and corrects errors in data transfer.

In addition, the 300X CompactFlash card into full compliance with the new standard of 4.1 CF.

Transcend’s 300X Extreme Speed CF cards are available in 4 GB, 16 GB and 8 GB capacity. However, the pricing and availability details were not disclosed.
