The whole bunch of cars that will be presented in the next Gran Turismo 5 Prologue for the PS3 has been revealed. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) announced that the title race will include about 71 vehicles.

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, which was developed by Polyphony Digital is available on the Blu-ray disc, as well as a download from the PlayStation Store for the PS3.

This time, for the first time players will have the right to conduct on-line, compared with a maximum of 16 players. Runs known as the Eiger Nordwand, Daytona International Speedway, the London City Track, Fuji Speedway, Suzuka and the High Speed Ring feature in the game. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue comes with a brand new physics engine and better AI opponent. With a museum in the game, my garage and Quick Tune installation has been merged into the party. The title runs at 1080p.

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue was released in Japan in December 2007 and is nearing the shore of North America in April 2008. However, before coming to North America, it will be released in Europe in late March.

What’s more interesting is that the players in Europe will get some other stuff in their Gran Turismo Prologue 5 copies. Such as

• Drift Mode: The player drift technique is based on the drift measured angles, lines courses, assessment and speed in the areas in various rounds on the course.
• Car Tuning In Depth: Players have the opportunity to adjust the performance of the vehicle, including electricity, tires, suspension and the ability to rapidly setting everything in the race.
• Two players Split Screen Racing: Allows players to race head-to-head offline.
• New Race Events: Online courses can join fans on a new set of scheduled events and time trials.
