
Kingston has announced the launch of a new USB key DataTraveler appointed Locker (DT), in the Indian market. The latest USB drive offers a convenient and secure way for the storage and preservation of digital data.
The reader has a robust design with a metal casing that surrounds and protects the chassis, rubberized which swivels open to reveal the USB connector.
The DataTraveler Locker features 56 bits through a dedicated AES encryption co-processor that encrypts data on the fly. “Unfortunately, the password protection and data encryption function is only compatible with Windows Vista (32-bit only), 2000 (SP4) and XP (SP1, SP2).
Otherwise, the reader can work with Linux and Mac OS with the function of transferring files.
The privacy partition is accessible through a password entry. To prevent unauthorized access, reformat the drive and locks after ten failed attempts.

The TD Locker is available in three different capacities - 2GB, 4GB and 8GB. The TD Locker 2 Go will be available at Rs Locker. 1995, while the 4 GB and 8 GB will cost Rs And Rs 3455. 8199 respectively.
