
LG has released two new USB drives that offer very unique features. One of USB drives is a biometric feature, while the other car offers anti-virus and malware protection.
The release of these two new USB drives happens to be a first for LG, which generally focuses on electronics ranging from computer monitors, televisions, air conditioners and refrigerators.
The biometric equipped USB flash drive has a technology fingerprint recognition that provides a higher level of security while data is transferred. Basically, users will be required to scan their fingerprints measure through the identification of software that is preinstalled on the hard drive, when they use it for the first time.
Users will be able to store up to 10 fingerprints. The security feature provides an ejection of security that will prevent corruption of data and “favorite” of the function of access to Internet links.
LG biometric USB drive is available in a black finish with a UV coated. It weighs just 18 grams and has a storage capacity ranging from 512MB to 4GB.
