Ricoh has launched a new G600 compact digital camera is water resistant and dust. The last device sports a wide-angle 5x zoom.

In addition, the device can withstand a fall of 1.5 metres. It is composed mainly for outdoor use and particularly for raw and difficult to use.

The device can also be useful for macro photography because it offers a macro function to 1 cm and flash with a range of 10 metres.

Apart from still images, the G600 allows users to capture images in low light conditions with the ISO 3200.

The G600 of 2.7-inch display images, automatically adjusts the brightness of the display depending on lighting conditions.

The camera measures 116.5 x 68 x 32 mm and weighs 260 grams. The G600 is powered by AAA batteries size and can draw 360 pictures on one charge.

The G600 will be available in May for € 349.99.
