
Having now completed the deployment of its stores PlayStation update one would hope that Sony can get down to decent work a stir, forcing PS3 content to persuade owners to use it. Hope that seems destined to be fulfilled if a post on the PlayStation Blog Senior Vice President of Marketing and PlayStation Network, Peter Dille, is anything to go by.
While the majority of the post does not refer to games content, as one might expect given that what is currently offered, Dille also talks about video content.
“We will provide a video service to the PS3 in a way that separates the service of those you have seen or used. Ultimately the goal of PLAYSTATION Network service will be to break the huge tangle of digital media to give you the TV, movies and video games content you want. More on this very soon… ”

While the PS3 are Blu-ray for viewing HD content, there is no doubt that many owners appreciate PS3, and prefer the ability to download movies. And of course, it would remove one of the Xbox 360 to claim the benefits of the PlayStation. Okay, so I managed to get up in front of me, and Sony, but official word confirming that these features are welcome.
