Toshiba Japan has unveiled its latest 32-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) LCD TV REGZA dubbed 32C3800. With a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the new LCD TV features a 178-degree viewing angle.

REGZA 32C3800 includes a brand new image-processing engine which provides a histogram for each scene and revises each pixel of color and light as possible.
